Government of Karnataka has announced the notification for  recruitment of  1765  PU Lecturers in Karnataka through Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).

KEA was only assigned with the responsibility of conducting Common Entrance Test (CET) for getting admissions into Professional Courses like Engineering, Medical, Architecture etc. in the colleges of Karnataka. This time it has the responsibility to recruit the pu lecturers.

• Chemistry :220

• Sociology : 110

Age limit

• General Candidates : 40 Year
• 2A/2B/3A/3B : 43 Years
• SC/ST : 45 Years

Qualifications

• Master Degree with second class in specified subject.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is compulsory. (Complete within 3years)

Examination Pattern

• Kannada language paper consist of 150 marks, Candidates secure minimum 50 marks. Language paper marks will not considered in the merit list.
• Specific Paper 1 and specific paper 2 carries 150 marks in 3hrs. The papers will available in Kannada and English version.

   when will be the syllabus announced ? I didnt get the confirmation of english lecturers post.Is it 325 or 140 ?
