KAS 2010 Applications amid cards Bank Chlan model papers
K.A.S. is acronym for Karnataka Administrative Service. Persons who are selected in these service do administration of state. It is equivalent to IAS of central (Union) government of India.
Candidates are selected by written examination followed by group discussion and personal interview. The candidates selected are generally known as Gazatted officers. These officers hold important posts in administration of Karnataka state. They can be said as law making and implementing persons. Normally posts held by these officers wield tremendous power.
Exam pattern
1. Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) for the Selection of candidates to the main examination
2. Main Examination (Written Examination ) for selection of candidates to the personality test.
3. Personality test : For final selection of candidates to various posts/ caders.
