Preeti Desai is a model and actress and she was Miss Great Britain 2006. She made history by becoming the first woman of colour to ever win the title. She speaks English, Gujarati and Hindi.

Preeti is debuting in a Feature film due to release in the summer of 2010 ‘SHOR’ Directed by Raj Nidimoru and DK Krishna and Produced by Balaji Films Ekta Kappor, Preeti the female protagonist plays the role of Shalmili opposite American actor Sendhil Ramamurthy.
