The DTET of the State Looks after education at Technical Institutes/Colleges, Degree, Diploma and ITI level. It also provides Vocational Education in order to prepare the Youth for self-employment. The Department also promotes professional courses in Government and Private Sector.

DTET Counselling Schedule 2010-11
- The Document Verification and Registration will start from 14 July 2010.
- The Choice Filling will start for all category from 22 July 2010 and end on 30 July 2010.
- Provisional Seat allotment results will be announced on 03 August 2010.
